Thank you for visiting and shopping at Maalz eMarketplace. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.
Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. For items located in our Global stores, it may take 2-3 weeks for such orders to be processed. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Shipping rates & delivery estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

* Overnight delivery is only available for orders with delivery addresses within Lagos Island and Mainland.
Delivery delays can occasionally occur but we will make all efforts to minimize it and also keep you informed.
Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses
Maalz eMarketplace does not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses
Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
Maalz eMarketplace is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Damages
Maalz eMarketplace is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
We currently do not ship outside the Nigeria.
We will exchange or issue a refund for any item returned to us that meets the conditions spelled out in our Return policy. Please note that a restocking fee of ₦2,500 will be deducted from the purchase amount.
We work to ensure our customers are satisfied with their purchases, but we get it – sometimes it just doesn’t work out. If you are unhappy with your purchase [for any reason], we’ll be happy to return or exchange the product within 15 days of purchase for a full refund less restocking fee, an exchange, or store credit in your wallet.
To make a return:
Items must be [unopened/unused/unworn]
Items must still be in their original packaging with all tags attached
Items must not be damaged or show signs of wear
You must have a receipt or other proof of purchase
Please note that we cannot accept returns or exchanges of clearance or sale items. We also cannot accept returns of:
Groceries, drinks, foods (including fruits and vegetables) items
Cosmetics, hair wigs, underwear, sanitary or bathroom items
Intimate, single use and/or personal items
To return a product, send the product back to our address [Plot 1 Block 12 Ajayi Apata Estate, Lekki-Epe Expressway, Lagos Nigeria, along with proof of purchase and your details. We will send a confirmation email once we have received your returned item(s). Customers are responsible for all shipping costs, along with a restocking fee of ₦2,500.Â
