Enrollment in the Program

To become an affiliate, you must submit a complete application via our website. We reserve the right to approve or reject any application at our discretion. Once approved, you will receive access to your affiliate dashboard where you can track your performance, generate affiliate links, and access promotional materials.

Affiliate Responsibilities

As an affiliate, you agree to:

• Promote our products/services using ethical and honest marketing practices.
• Ensure that all promotional materials accurately represent our brand and offerings.
• Use the affiliate links provided by us for tracking purposes.
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including those related to spamming, privacy, and consumer protection.
• Not engage in any activities that may harm our reputation or brand.

Commissions

You will earn a commission on qualified purchases made by customers who click on your affiliate links within the cookie duration period. Commission rates and payment terms will be outlined in your affiliate dashboard. Commissions are subject to adjustments for refunds, chargebacks, or fraudulent transactions.

Intellectual Property

You acknowledge that all intellectual property rights, including trademarks, logos, and content, belong to us. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our trademarks and promotional materials solely for the purpose of promoting our products/services as outlined in this Agreement.

Termination

We reserve the right to terminate this Agreement at any time for any reason. Upon termination, you must immediately cease all promotional activities and remove any affiliate links or materials from your platforms.

Confidentiality

You agree to keep all confidential information, including but not limited to sales data, commission rates, and customer information, confidential and not disclose it to any third party without our prior written consent.

Limitation of Liability

We will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with this Agreement, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Nigeria, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Amendments

We reserve the right to modify, amend, or change any terms of this Agreement at any time. We will notify you of any changes, and your continued participation in the Affiliate Program constitutes your acceptance of the modified terms.

Entire Agreement

This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and Maalz eMarketplace regarding your participation in our Affiliate Program and supersedes all prior and contemporaneous agreements and understandings.

By clicking “I agree” or participating in our Affiliate Program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
