【How to Custom the size ?】

FAQ : I need 1 set of mural wallpaper, the size is 3m width and 2.5m height. How to order it ?

Please place the order refer to the following calculation method:    For example,  Your wall height is 2.5 meters, the width is  3 meters.  Please add extra 0.05m on both of height and width when you calculate .   Area:  (2.5+0.05)m *  (3+0.05)m=7.77 Square meters .  You need to purchase 8 square meters, When you make the order.

Stitching Method: Just match the pattern and paste it in order.

Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. For items located in our Global stores, it may take 2-3 weeks for such orders to be processed. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

Maalz eMarketplace is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages

Maalz eMarketplace is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

Refund Policy

Refund Policy

We will exchange or issue a refund for any item returned to us that meets the conditions spelled out in our Return policy. Please note that a restocking fee of ₦2,500 will be deducted from the purchase amount.

Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy

Return Policy

We work to ensure our customers are satisfied with their purchases, but we get it – sometimes it just doesn’t work out. If you are unhappy with your purchase [for any reason], we’ll be happy to return or exchange the product within 15 days of purchase for a full refund less restocking fee, an exchange, or store credit in your wallet.

To make a return:

  1. Items must be [unopened/unused/unworn]

  2. Items must still be in their original packaging with all tags attached

  3. Items must not be damaged or show signs of wear

  4. You must have a receipt or other proof of purchase

Please note that we cannot accept returns or exchanges of clearance or sale items. We also cannot accept returns of:

  1. Groceries, drinks, foods (including fruits and vegetables) items

  2. Cosmetics, hair wigs, underwear, sanitary or bathroom items

  3. Intimate, single use and/or personal items

To return a product, send the product back to our address [Plot 1 Block 12 Ajayi Apata Estate, Lekki-Epe Expressway, Lagos Nigeria, along with proof of purchase and your details. We will send a confirmation email once we have received your returned item(s). Customers are responsible for all shipping costs, along with a restocking fee of ₦2,500.
