For all qualifying items, we promise to ship items purchased from our Marketplace within 24 hours after the complete payment is received. Â
Medical, Foods and Grocery items will be shipped to you within four (4) hours if you live in Lagos Island and within six (6) hours if you live in Mainland Lagos. Expect us to deliver within 72 hours if you live outside these two places in Southwest Nigeria and within 5 working days if you live outside Southwest zone in Nigeria.
Some items require longer shipment preparation times. The time to shipment for all items sold in our eMarketplace are displayed together with the items. Please take note of the time to shipment for your item on the product page before placing your order. Â
All returned items will be checked that they meet the conditions for Cancellation / Return/ Exchange policy and when they do, we will make full refund of product price within 5 days of receiving the returned item. The shipping and delivery fees are for buyers account and are non-refundable.
You will be notified if your returned item did not meet the refund condition and the product will be kept in our warehouse for 90 days waiting for your collection after which it will be disposed in the trash. We will endeavour to send you a pickup reminder at least two weeks before the disposal action.
We are confident that any item you purchase from our Marketplace will meet and surpass your expectation. In the event you picked a wrong item, you want an upgrade or you have a change of plan, we will accept most returns in store or by mail within 15 days of purchase for free as long as the item is returned unopened in its original carton with tags and proof of purchase. Â
Please note that foods, drinks, medicals, toiletries, cosmetic products and other grocery items are not qualified return and will not be accepted back into the Marketplace.
Also, order cancellation request made after 24 hours from the order placement for items with long shipping preparation time will not be accepted.
